Are you ready for the new adventure and to create new possibilities with total ease?
Access Bars is a gentle non-invasive technique that works on releasing both physical and mental blocks stored in the body and helps to facilitate greater ease in all different areas of life.
A session Access Bars can help to reduce anxiety, relieve depression, clear mental chatter, greater clarity, aid sleep, reduce stress, increase peace and harmony, increase creativity to name a few.
Scientific research has shown a significant decrease in the severity of anxiety (84.7%) and depression (82.7%) symptoms after one 90 minute Access Bars session.
During the one day certified training you, will learn the 32 Bars points on the head that when lightly touched, stimulates positive changes in the brain and defragment the electromagnetic components of stress, thoughts and emotions.
You will receive Bars twice and gift Bars twice during the day and at the end of the class you will be presented with your certified Practitioner Certificate.
