Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on process that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, known as the Bars. These points correspond to different areas of life and are designed to support releasing the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be limiting you from creating the life you truly desire.

Whether you’re looking for personal growth, a practical wellness tool, or a way to support others, this class provides both the experience and the education to begin.

During this one-day class, you will:

• Learn the Access Bars® process and the principles behind it.

• Give two complete Access Bars sessions.

• Receive two complete Access Bars sessions.

• Learn practical Access Consciousness® tools you can begin using immediately in everyday life.

• Become a Certified Access Bars® Practitioner upon successful completion of the class.

No previous experience is required.
