Access Bars is ideal for anxiety, depression and long held fears. The training is held at Morton Manor in Carlisle on Friday 9th August 2024.

Would you like to be able to help your family & friends more or even change your career creating new possibilities to help others? Relax their minds and ease their worries? Access Bars is a healing system that can be used for all aspects of life to create more ease, joy and harmony.
Ease the pressure at work, stress and tension. You can even run Bars on your partner whilst they watch TV. Removing the patterns that keep repeating and going round and round in the mind. This enables you to get off the treadmill and make your own choices and possibilities.
It is great on children & can ease anxieties of school; studying, exams, deeper issues and growing pains. Learn how you can work on your child when they need you the most.
Anyone is welcome to attend this life changing one day workshop and no prerequisites are required. Easy to apply, a certificate, charts and an extensive booklet are provided to help you at home.
The adult price is £340 and you will then be able to practice on others and even charge for treatments at £45-£60 -£75. Payment plans are available and you can join for as little as a deposit and pay the remaining over 6 months.
Once you start to give to others - it easily pays for itself 10 times over!
If you have taken the class before and would like to repeat the day and receive 2 treatments, it is £170.
This class runs from 9.30am until 5.30pm at the Wishing Wellness Centre within Morton Manor, Wigton Road, Carlisle, CA2 6JP. There is plenty of free parking and cafe on site.
Access Bars Consciousness allows you to live in the now and improves all areas of your life. It improves; focus, gives clarity of mind enabling changes to be made quickly and easily, alleviating stress and worries and gives you a calm relaxed feeling. Restful sleep naturally follows and you seem to have more time to plan as you are not worrying. There is a lovely community of Access Bars Practitioners who regularly swap bars sessions so you can have your Bars run for a small fee at group shares which are organised. So after the class you can use these swaps to practice or ask questions which can be invaluable to your progress as a Practitioner.
During the class you will learn some of the tools of Access Consciousness that you can start using straight away to create change in your life and others lives if you wish. You receive 2 Access Bars sessions (worth over £100) and gift two to other class participants.
