Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on technique involving 32 points on the head.
Each point relates to different areas of our lives, such as money, control, creativity, relationships, communication, body, healing, joy and more.
In the Access Consciousness approach, these areas are associated with the thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and points of view we have accumulated throughout our lives.
As the points are gently touched, the energy associated with these stored beliefs and patterns is said to discharge and release, creating space for new possibilities.

The second part of the day will include a Gifting & Receiving session, open to anyone who has previously attended an Access Bars class, wherever they took their training.
Come along to give and receive Bars treatments, reconnect with other practitioners, enjoy some practice and share the experience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
