Hi darling,

My name is Maria Escarpenter, and through my art I try to create safe spaces where people can open up, share, and express themselves without fear of judgment.

I believe we all have inner voices that warn us, criticize us, protect us, or create fears inside our minds. In my own practice, I started giving those voices a shape through drawing. Once I could see them in front of me, I could understand them, confront them, and sometimes even accept them.

During the workshop, we’ll start with some talking and sharing, followed by personal questions to help us look inward. Then, we’ll use our answers to draw our emotions, fears, or inner monsters and give them a shape.

You don’t need to know how to draw. This is not about making something perfect, it is about expression, curiosity, and getting to know yourself through art.

• 18:15–18:30 — Arrival, coffee & tea
• 18:30–19:15 — Introduction, sharing & questions
• 19:15–20:00 — Creative process
