About this Event
This workshop is designed for small and micro-businesses exploring how AI can help streamline their operations. Over the course of four hours, participants will learn about large language models (LLMs), including how to use popular AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance business processes.
The sessions will focus on simple, actionable steps to introduce AI into everyday workflows, ensuring minimal technical knowledge is required for businesses to benefit.
What is AI and LLM? (1h)
• A straightforward introduction to AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Explanation of common tools like ChatGPT and their uses for businesses.
• Real-world examples of how small businesses use AI for process automation, like generating emails or summarising information.
AI for Daily Operations (1hr)
• How to use AI to automate administrative tasks like email generation (follow-ups, proposals), summarising content, and reporting.
• Basic prompt engineering to get the most out of AI tools like ChatGPT.
AI for Marketing and Content Creation (1hr)
• Using AI to generate social media posts, blog content, and marketing materials.
• Practical exercises with tools like Tweetify It and Copyforge for real-time content generation.
AI for Streamlining Internal Processes (1hr)
• Introducing basic automation into workflow systems using AI, like internal customer service support & task management.
• Actual examples of AI applications using Custom GPTs in real time to solve business problems submitted by attendees.
Outcome: By the end of this workshop, you will have actionable steps to integrate AI into your business operations with minimal cost and complexity and a clear understanding of how to experiment with LLM tools for business acceleration.
Eligibility:
These small group in-person workshops are open to any business, freelancer, or charity based in Norfolk, UK.

His extensive experience includes founding Promethean Box Ltd, an umbrella company including AI-driven startups like Tweetify It, a tool for generating personalised social media content, and Copyforge, which helps automate blog and article creation. As the founder of YourVault.AI, he is currently developing private AI solutions to help small and micro-businesses deploy AI models securely on their own data. A public speaker and mentor, he regularly organises AI Summits and hackathons, helping businesses and individuals easily adopt AI tools and focusing on practical applications that deliver real value
Registration at 9am, workshop starts at 9.15am. There will be a refreshments on arrival and mid-morning.
