🌟Over the course of our 8 weeks together, we will leave no stone unturned. Following a logical linear flow, we will draft and embellish a full routine together. And to rest at ease that you’re on the right path both physically & creatively, run through goals are outlined & hosted to help build stamina and provide personalized AND effective feedback.
