Academy Lane - Open Sensory Gym & Storytime

About this Event

Start your Friday with movement, connection, and storytime. Friday mornings in July, Academy Lane opens its doors to local families for a free, screen-free hour and a half of play:

9:30–10:30 · Open Sensory Gym

An open space for little ones to climb, crawl, run, swing, jump, and explore at their own pace. Great for burning energy, building motor skills, and letting kids lead the way with you right alongside them.

10:30–11:00 · Storytime

We gather to settle in with storytime and songs, creating a gentle, connection-filled way to close out the morning.

For children 6 months–5 years. A caregiver stays for the full session. It's completely free, and you're welcome to join us every week. Come meet our guides, see how we play, and get a feel for the Academy Lane approach — screen-free, hands-on, and rooted in developmental science.
