The Hispanic Association of Atlantic County (HAAC) will be hosting the 2023 Atlantic City Latino Festival on September 23rd & 24th at the Showboat's new Terminal Convention Center located located between Pacific and State Avenue. The Showboat is transforming into a family-oriented entertainment destination with its Luck Snake Arcade and newly opened Island Waterpark. HAAC is thrilled with this fitting venue to host the AC Latino Festival as a free family event for the entire community. The festival will be full of the rhythms from throughout Latin America including international merengue diva Miriam Cruz. Cruz was the lead vocalist for the successful all female merengue group, Las Chicas Del Can. Also headlining will be Salsa stars Edgar Joel & Anthony Colon, celebrating 40 years of entertainment. In addition to these great artists there will be a diverse group of Hispanic entertainment, including Mariachi, Salsa, Cumbia and Folkloric dance groups. In addition to arts and craft vendors, this event will also include a resource fair with agencies provide information and services on careers, educations, healthcare and social services.
