Gala Dinner, hosted by the Atlantic Canada Canadian Tire Store Owners, raising funds for Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities.
Chef Tim Palmer, Executive Chef, The Westin Nova Scotian, created a local culinary delight. A four-course menu, showcasing the four Atlantic Canada provinces. The bounty of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. Each course paired with a wine/beverage complimenting the flavours.
