We are delighted to invite you to the opening of “Abwesenheit”, a memorial exhibition dedicated to Spanish conceptual and multidisciplinary artist Chema Alvargonzalez.
Through installation, photography, sculpture, light and sound, the exhibition explores absence as an active form of presence, evoking memories, traces and fragmented narratives. Presented in the artist’s former home and studio in Berlin, “Abwesenheit” reflects on time, legacy and transformation, creating a dialogue between artwork, space and imagination.
The exhibition also marks the 20th anniversary of GlogauAIR.
