ABWA Women of Magnitude October Monthly Luncheon

Join us for a luncheon aimed at Empowering Others In His or Her Abilities: Educating the abled bodied community that individualswith disabilities have value and worth, with featured guest speaker, Halie Brown.

Tuesday, October 8th from 11:30 am -1 pm in the Lincoln Financial Event Center at Parkview Field. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The cost to attend is ONLY $18 if you RSVP in advance. Without an RSVP, the cost to attend is $23 at the door and can be paid with cash, a check, or with VENMO.

Halie Brown:

My name is Halie Brown and I am a Disability Advocate Warrior. I have Cerebral Palsy and I am a Advocate Development Specialist under the Inclusion Institute at The League here in Fort Wayne. My life purpose is to empower others in his or her abilities and to educate the abled bodied community that individuals with disabilities have value and worth. I am also a team member on Bring It Push It Own It  and co-creator of a local women’s disability advocacy event called, Taking Her Voice Back.
