Presentation Topic: How to Leverage Your Social Media for Exposure
In this presentation, attendees will learn how to strategically use social media to increase visibility, build authentic community connection, and strengthen their personal or business brand. Topics include content strategy, storytelling, audience engagement, confidence in showing up online, and practical ways to turn visibility into real opportunities and growth.
About the Speaker
Bio: LAURA ALDANA
Laura Aldana is the owner of Bloom & Blossom Social Hub, a creative agency helping businesses and nonprofits grow through storytelling, branding, and strategy. She works closely with SWFL Women in Construction and Office Pro Installation, leading community development initiatives that empower women in the trades and strengthen local partnerships.
Born in Colombia and a proud mom of two Joshua, a senior, and Hazel, a fifth grader. Laura brings faith, creativity, and flair to everything she does (and yes, she’s still on a mission to be known for her cute shoes! 👠).
Deeply involved in her community, Laura serves on several nonprofit boards including Dress for Success SW Florida, Alice’s Wings of Hope, Everyone Has A Story (EHAS), and as Publicity Chair for the American Business Women Association, Palms of Edisonia Chapter.
She continues to use her platforms to help others bloom where they are planted and to build meaningful impact across Southwest Florida. 🌸
