Laurie is a certified emotional well-being strategist, coach, and speaker known for helping women shift from stress and striving into a life that feels fully aligned.

For years, she was constantly bracing for the next thing to go wrong—stuck in a low hum of fear, what-ifs, and “never enough.” But through deep inner work and practical tools, she shifted from survival to abundance—and now helps women do the same.

Her warm, real, and grounded approach helps women reconnect with what matters most and finally start creating the life they were meant for.
