ABUNDANCE: a women’s autumn equinox circle to honor the harvest within
About this Event
Harvest What Has Grown
As the seasons shift, the autumn equinox invites us to pause and notice the balance of light and dark - both around us and within us.
This is a season of harvest, abundance, and transition. A time to celebrate what has grown while also acknowledging what is changing, ending, or asking to be released. Rather than forcing ourselves toward optimism, this evening invites us to make space for the fullness of the season - to honor both what feels light and what feels heavy.
Join us for an intentional evening of grounding, reflection, creativity, and connection. Together, we’ll slow down, harvest the abundance within and around us, and intentionally prepare our hearts for the slower, restorative months ahead.
Honoring the Season: Wreath Making
During this autumn equinox circle, we’ll lean into the practice of harvesting by creating our own wreath using natural and seasonal materials, each carrying its own symbolism. As you choose and weave, we will reflect on what you’re harvesting, releasing, honoring, and carrying into the season ahead.
We’ll let our intuition guide us as we create a tangible take-home reminder of this season and what we want to make space for.
This autumn equinox circle includes:
- Breath-centered gentle movement
- Guided visualization + meditation
- Light + dark reflection practice
- Autumn wreath creation
- Sound bath
- Mindful eating practice + seasonal tea
- Take-home reflection card + extra goodies
Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and rooted in yourself - honoring both the light and the dark, while entering the slower months ahead with intention, openness, and space for rest and renewal.
No experience required - all levels welcome!
Limited space. Props provided (mat, blocks, bolster, blanket, etc.).
If the limited spots that include props are filled, you’re still welcome to attend in a no-props spot at a reduced rate. Please reach out directly to reserve this option and receive details.
