Women’s Art Workshop in the Forest

Join me for a nourishing afternoon of creativity, connection, and self-expression in the heart of the forest. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow the beauty of nature to inspire your art and awaken your inner muse.
Over three hours, we will explore painting as a form of somatic release, wellness, and creative alchemy. No experience is neede, just an open heart and a willingness to play with colour and form. You’ll be guided to create intuitively, allowing your artwork to flow from feeling rather than perfection. All paints, brushes, and canvases are provided.
With the forest as our studio, you’ll be held in a space that encourages freedom, presence, and joy. This is more than an art class, it’s a soul-nourishing experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Snacks are included to keep you fuelled while you create.
