A 4 week class for people who haven’t sewn a stitch since school, or maybe never been on a sewing machine at all.
Learn the fundamentals of sewing as we work our way through a series of fun, simple projects, from the most basic stitching on a drawstring bag, to zippers on cushion covers, and then to working with patterns and sewing a garment as you make a pair of pajama pants (with pockets!).
A fun, accessible class. Classes are limited to six students so everyone gets quality time with the tutor.
At the end of the class students will know how to use a sewing machine, all its basic functions and stitches, how to make simple home decor items and how to follow sewing tutorials, and how to make pajama pants and follow a simple sewing pattern.
All materials are included in the course fee.
