Transport yourself to the cobblestone streets of 19th-century Paris as you sample three distinct varieties of this legendary spirit, each with its own intriguing history and allure.Sip on two expertly crafted Absinthe cocktails, meticulously prepared by our skilled mixologists to showcase the spirit's depth and complexity. Accompanying these exquisite libations are decadent snacks and small-bite food pairings, artfully curated by our French-inspired, locally-influenced, award-winning Chef - Chef Patrick Garland.
