About this Event
The After Work Club is teaming up with Absolute Body Solutions (ABS) for a health and wellbeing event in Leeds. The personal trainers at ABS will be running an exclusive group workout at their new private gym on East Parade.
It will be led by ABS' incredible team of PTs and include a full body 45 minute workout that will be suitable for all fitness levels and gym experience. The team will also give loads of helpful workout and nutrition tips which will be great for anyone planning a health kick.
What to expect:
? 45 minute group workout suitable for all fitness levels
? A complimentary Nocco on arrival and protein shake for after your session
? Networking opportunities before at after the event and the opportunity to ask any questions about ABS
