Meet our speaker:

Victor L Henry

Victor L. Henry has worked as a Real Estate agent since 2006. In 2009, Victor began working in commercial real estate in the Austin area and currently works with Don Quick & Associates as a Commercial Tenant Representative in the Central Texas region. He has represented a variety of clients to include churches, software companies, daycares, food prep business and a men’s group home. His expertise is working on behalf of tenants, helping locate commercial spaces and negotiate leases.

Victor is also the owner of LearnBrary Social, a professional development curriculum provider. He has authored Commercial Leasing: A Tenant's Perspective, a Texas Real Estate Commission continuing education course on Tenant Representation.

**Pre-registration is required.** Lunch is optional and $10/20 for Members/Non-Members. Lunch sales end 5pm Friday prior to our meeting. We can accept same day event registrations but not lunch tickets. See you soon!
