Tuesday, September 24 and Wednesday September 25, 20249:00 am to 4:30 pm - Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course
Registration Fee: $30 non-refundable.
The in-person ABR® course goals include:
-Understand and demonstrate your value proposition to today's buyer.
-Acquire the skills and resources to succeed as a buyer's agent in a dynamic real estate market.
-Understand the importance of using a buyer representation agreement and acquire the skills and scripting necessary to assist in getting the agreements signed.
CE: 9 hours (Perk of in-person course!)
Fee: $90 - Earning CE is not a requirement and must be paid for at time of registration. No exam is required at conclusion of course (Another perk of in-person course!).

-Active M1 Members
-Those in the process of becoming a REALTOR®
Fee: $15 non-refundable... No class fee
Lunch is included both days.
