About Laugh Night returns to the historic Franklin House with another stacked lineup featuring some of Canada's funniest performers. Whether you're planning a date night, a night out with friends, or just need a serious laugh, this show delivers an amazing comedy experience in one of Mississauga's most unique venues.
Headliner – Ali Hassan
One of Canada's most recognizable comedians, Ali Hassan has become a household name through stand-up, television, radio and film. Ali is the longtime host of CBC Radio's Laugh Out Loud, a frequent guest host of Q, and the longtime moderator of Canada Reads. He's also an accomplished author, broadcaster and Canadian Comedy Award nominee.
As an actor, Ali has appeared in hit television series including Run the Burbs, Sort Of, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Hudson & Rex, Murdoch Mysteries, Workin' Moms, Designated Survivor, Blood & Treasure, Cardinal, Odd Squad, Man Seeking Woman, The Holiday Calendar, and many more. His film credits include Goon, French Immersion, Breakaway, My Spy, Mafia Inc., and Tammy's Always Dying. He has performed at Just For Laughs, toured internationally with his acclaimed solo show Muslim Interrupted, and continues to tour his latest hit show Does This Taste Funny?
Host – Adrienne Fish
Keeping the night rolling is the wildly energetic Adrienne Fish. A Toronto comedy favourite, Adrienne has appeared on Just For Laughs: Homegrown Comics, Roast Battle Canada (Season 2), CBC's The Debaters, and is heard regularly on SiriusXM comedy channels. She was named COCA Comedian of the Year and has received multiple Canadian Comedy Award nominations, earning a reputation as one of Canada's most electric live performers.
Feature – Cameron Phoenix
Featuring the razor-sharp Cameron Phoenix, a fast-rising Canadian comic known for his polished storytelling, quick crowd work and performances at comedy clubs and showcases across Ontario. Cameron continues to build a strong reputation as one of the country's exciting emerging stand-up talents.
Special Guest – Leny "The Butcher" Corrado
Opening the night is Leny "The Butcher" Corrado. Leny's unique perspective comes from balancing life as a professional butcher with hilarious stories about his Italian upbringing, family life and everyday chaos.
