Started out from playing local Ganpati mandals to performing at many biggest Music Festival stages in Maharashtra like Mahindra Roots, Mirchi Music Festival, Kalaghoda Fest, Radio Freedom Awards, Just Love Festival Germany and Just Love Festival Mauritius, etc, a Mumbai based Contemporary Folk Fusion Band, Abhanga Repost is known for reviving long lost Marathi traditions, thought provoking revolutionary poetries and cultures through their music by fusing it with modern contemporary sounds in this modern independent scene in India. Having played more than 500+ shows over 10+ years, the band is known to perform Abhangas a.k.a Poetries written and narrated by Saints from Maharashtra by fusing it with contemporary sounds like Pop, RnB, Reggae and Rock music.
