Abertay at 30

Join Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor Liz Bacon and University Archivist Ruaraidh Wishart as they chart the history of Abertay University and look towards what the future holds.

Enjoy a trip down memory lane with former classmates and colleagues as Abertay celebrates 30 years of university status with this special historical lecture, including a look back at key moments, old photographs, staff stories, student campaigns, memories from the students' union days and much more!

Delving into a past stretching back to 1888, the presentation will cover the history of the learning institutions which have lit up our Bell Street campus for generations, bringing us right through to the modern day and beyond.

This not-to-be-missed event is a must-see for all Abertay and DIT alumni and will include a drinks reception and a chance to tour the campus guided by our student helpers.

Please note that numbers will be limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
