Join us for a family-friendly pond dipping adventure as part of Aberdeen Insect Week! Discover the fascinating creatures living beneath the surface of the pond, from water beetles and pond skaters to dragonfly larvae and more. This hands-on event is suitable for all ages and offers a fun opportunity to explore local freshwater wildlife with guidance from our team.
All equipment will be provided - just come dressed for the weather and be ready to explore!
Meeting point: Den of Maidencraig car park at 10:00am.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum ratio of three children per adult.
There is free on-site parking available, and we encourage visitors to car-share or use public transport where possible.
