For the first time in over 40 years, this spring Aberdeen Bach Choir will be performing Mozart's monumental 'Great' Mass in C minor K427, set for soloists, double choir and orchestra, in the majestic setting of Aberdeen's Music Hall.
Influenced by the music of J.S. Bach and Handel, the powerful and profound masterpiece demands technical skill and energy as it showcases glorious moments, dramatic contrasts and fascinating detail.
Joining the choir is Aberdeen Sinfonietta and soloists Emma Morwood, Lotte Betts-Adrian, Elgin Llŷr Thomas and Niall Anderson.
