We hold the Legal Aid Agency’s Specialist Quality Mark for educational advice, Investing in Volunteers Quality Mark and were awarded The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award for Voluntary Service.

Most importantly, our service is impartial, confidential and entirely free – meaning that there are no barriers to accessing our service, particularly cost.

Additionally, we work to support parents, carers, children and young people to resolve disagreements at the earliest opportunity, reducing the need for costly legal action, stressful appeals to tribunal and escalation of complaints.

We also help with complaints to School, FEI or LA. PSOW, Health and Social Care, Welsh Language Commissioner, Children’s Commissioner for Wales, Administrative Court for judicial review.

Working with families and partner statutory and voluntary sector agencies in partnership, we develop and provide services designed to meet the needs of the ‘whole family’ with an emphasis on prevention and protection to reduce the need for remedial action.

Beneficiaries are Children and Young People, Families of Children and Young People who have or may have Additional Needs, Professionals working with Children and Young People.

SNAP Cymru yw’r prif ddarparwr gwasanaethau datrys anghydfod ac eiriolaeth yng Nghymru, ers 37 o flynyddoedd. Mae gan SNAP Cymru doreth o wybodaeth a phrofiad ac rydym wedi cael Marc Ansawdd Arbenigol yr Asiantaeth Cymorth Cyfreithiol am gyngor addysgol a Marc Ansawdd Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr. Yn bwysicach na dim, mae ein gwasanaeth yn ddiduedd, yn gyfrinachol ac yn gwbl ddi-dâl – sy’n golygu nad oes dim byd i’ch rhwystro rhag cael mynediad at ein gwasanaeth, yn enwedig cost.

Ar ben hyn, rydym yn gweithio i gefnogi rhieni, gofalwyr, plant a phobl ifanc i ddatrys anghytundebau cyn gynted ag y bo modd, gan leihau’r angen am achosion cyfreithiol costus, a’r straen o orfod apelio i dribiwnlys ac uwchgyfeirio cwynion.

Gwasanaethau SNAP Cymru

Rydym yn gweithio ledled Cymru o swyddfeydd SNAP Cymru, canolfannau galw heibio a chymorthfeydd, ac yn cynnig ymweliadau cartref i deuluoedd os oes angen. Mae ein gwaith gyda theuluoedd yn waith cyfannol sy’n seiliedig ar fodel grymuso. Rydym yn darparu gwybodaeth gywir, cyngor gwrthrychol a gwaith achos arbenigol, proffesiynol, annibynnol ac uniongyrchol. Mae ein gwaith yn ymwneud ag Osgoi Anghytundeb, Datrys Anghytundeb, cyfryngu ffurfiol, eiriolaeth, cefnogaeth a hyfforddiant ar faterion amrywiol, gan gynnwys: gwahaniaethu, rhwystrau sy’n atal cyfathrebu a gwahardd o ysgolion.

Rydym hefyd yn helpu â chwynion i Ysgolion, Sefydliadau Addysg Bellach neu Awdurdodau Lleol, Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Cymru, Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol, Comisiynydd y Gymraeg, Comisiynydd Plant Cymru a’r Llys Gweinyddol ar gyfer adolygiadau barnwrol.

Drwy weithio gyda theuluoedd ac mewn partneriaeth â chyrff statudol ac asiantaethau’r sector gwirfoddol, rydym yn datblygu ac yn darparu gwasanaethau sydd wedi’u cynllunio i ddiwallu anghenion y ‘teulu cyfan’ â phwyslais ar atal ac amddiffyn i leihau’r angen am gamau adfer.

Y rhai sy’n elwa o hyn yw Plant a Phobl Ifanc, Teuluoedd Plant a Phobl Ifanc sydd ag Anghenion Ychwanegol, neu a allai fod ag anghenion o’r fath, a Gweithwyr Proffesiynol sy’n gweithio gyda Phlant a Phobl Ifanc.

Mae SNAP Cymru yn gweithio mewn cymunedau lleol ledled Cymru, ac mae hyn yn rhoi gwybodaeth leol helaeth i ni am brosesau, tueddiadau ac anghenion. Mae staff a gwirfoddolwyr hyblyg SNAP Cymru yn gallu cydweithio’n gyflym, ac maent yn barod i wneud hynny er mwyn canfod ac ymateb i anghenion a thueddiadau sy’n dod i’r amlwg.
