About this Event
Sleep routines don’t have to feel so overwhelming!
Join ABA Centers of Washington at Illumination Learning Studio for a free caregiver seminar on childhood sleep. You’ll learn how sleep works, why it can be challenging for kids, and practical strategies you can use right away to support your family! Designed for all caregivers, and particularly those of neurodiverse children, this ABA clinician-led session also offers a chance to connect with other families, share experiences, and build community. Light refreshments will be provided.
This free community program is proudly provided by ABA Centers of Washington
