Presented by Elite Integrated Therapy Center and the Anderson Area YMCA , save the date for our 10th Annual AAYMCA CrossFit Throwdown on October 5th! As Anderson’s premiere fitness competition, there will be cash prizes for the Rx divisions and some exciting workouts consisting of 3 Partner WOD's and a Swim WOD for the Rx division. NEW this year! Divisions will include Co-Ed Rx, Intermediate, Open, and Masters division (75+ combined)! Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in all divisions. All participants will receive a 2024 Throwdown event Bella Canvas tee and team name plate. Be on the lookout for more info this coming Summer!
