Aavahan celebrates the sacred bond of diksha, in which the guru gives the shishya a mantra or an initiation. It is an ode unto the guru through the spoken and delineated word. It will have legendary artists of various styles who have imbibed their dance as diksha, on a one-to-one basis from their respective legendary gurus and who would highlight those sacred moments through their performance.
