AAUW Program: Paid Family & Medical Leave - The Time is Right!

The AAUW (American Association of University Women) Doylestown branch invites you to learn about "The Family Care Act" which would establish an insurance fund covering paid family and medical leave for employees in PA. The House and Senate bills have strong bipartisan support, but now it must come to the floor for a vote, and YOU can help. Please come join us.

Speakers from Children First PA and the Maternity Care Coalition will describe what The Family Care Act proposes and will answer your questions. You'll get the tools needed to send a message to our legislators.

Social time and refreshments will follow.

The mission of AAUW (American Association of University Women) is to fight for equity for women and girls. Annual membership dues in the national and local organization will be reduced for new members joining at this evening's program.
