Building K, Conlon Gym, Wake Tech North Campus. AAU Karate North Carolina State Championship, athletes compete for gold, silver, bronze medals in weapons, forms, and sparring, using AAU Karate rules. Expect mats, clean spacious building, respect, comraderie, traininga and feedback for new officials and coaches, space, plenty of bleacher seating, and great food for parents and spectators. Lodging for traveling guests, registration, and seminar to be announced.
