This year's Awards of Excellence is more than just awards. It is an exciting event filled with seminars focusing on the relationship between following the law & practicing good property management techniques, how to talk to tenants, and an updated market anaylsis.

The AASCW is dedicated to celebrating the outstanding achievements within the South-Central Wisconsin multi-family housing industry. This event brings together professionals from across the sector for a day of learning, networking, and recognition.
