It is again time for a general assembly.
We are expecting the assembly to take about an hour - after which, we are going to have a flow jam as always.
We will buy some vegetarian pizzas and try to make it as cozy as possible! See you there! ♥
The agenda for the meeting:
1. Choice of tellers
2. Choice of conductor & Scribe
3. Chairman’s report
4. Presentation of the state of the economy
5. Approval of budget
6. Consideration of received proposals
7. Choice of chairman of the board
8. Choice of cashier
9. Choice of board members
10. Setting the membership fee
11. Optional - If you have any suggestions or comments to e.g the articles of the association please write to us at latest 1 week before the general assembly
