What is it about?

- Both experienced sushi-makers and novices are welcome! Sushi rolling instructors will be available on-hand to teach novice sushi-makers.
- Rice, Nori, and fillings for traditional sushi rolls will be provided for everyone registered to practice making 2 rolls of sushi. Fillings that will be provided include: egg, green bean, shitake mushroom, kampyo, and carrot.
- You are encouraged to bring your own sushi fillings and make your own sushi roll.
- Bring your own rolling mat, knife, and cutting board if you prefer.
- Registered sushi-maker attendees can go home with the sushi rolls they make and a sushi rolling mat.
