In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, we are excited to bring together talented AAPI creatives for our first ever Creators Exhibit.
About this Event

We will be showcasing a floral exhibit and live flash tattoo sessions, and will have beverages, pastries, prints, and furniture for sale. All flowers and a portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to our event partner, Heart of Dinner. We look forward to seeing you there!

is a design and vintage studio focusing on curating items filled with stories. Jessica and Leo gave life to this "pandemic baby" out of pure passion for Interior Design and business. Known for their exclusive vintage prints, they also specialize in sourcing distinct furniture.

. is a floral design and event production studio founded by Stephanie Carmen Yan and Paul C Kang. Their studio was founded on our mutual love for art, culture, design, and entertaining - the mediums through which we experience beauty in the world and connect to the people around us.

is a visual artist and costume designer based in NYC. Her creative expressions- printmaking, drawing, textile arts, garments- are rooted in the language of color, the physical manifestation of inner worlds, and a mindset of collaboration and connection. Ashley was born and raised in southern California by Hokkien parents who immigrated stateside via the Philippines. When not designing for the stage, she teaches figure drawing at NYU Tisch and hangs out with her husband and toddler.

counters food insecurity and isolation within NYC’s elderly Asian community by hand-delivering care packages of culturally thoughtful groceries and hot lunches that are assembled inside uniquely illustrated bags paired with handwritten notes of love in our Elderly's native languages. To date, Heart of Dinner has served over 100k meals since the onset of the pandemic.

is a graphic designer and illustrator based in New York. Her work often features a colorful array of elements inspired by the cities and cultures she grew up in. Born in New York and raised in Tokyo, Naomi returned to New York to attend Parsons School of Design and graduated in 2010 with a BFA.

. Always looking to evolve his craft, Kevin King's work spans from delicate adornments to impactful, bold pieces. As of 2016, he has showcased his work as a resident artist at Bang Bang tattoo studio in Soho.

. Lauren Tran is a Vietnamese American pastry chef focusing on featuring Southeast Asian flavors in classic Vietnamese and French pastries and desserts. She started baking Vietnamese desserts during the pandemic and has been doing pop-ups in NYC hoping to highlight traditional Vietnamese desserts.
