9am-1pmWe will begin our day in conversation about the Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology of the Axial Region! The Axial Region includes the spine, abdomen, thorax, neck and head.
Then you will get to experience what you learn in a 90 minute practice emphasizing the Axial Region!

The afternoon session is exclusively for Yoga Teachers. We will dive into the anatomical specifics of different poses, spend time practice teaching with an anatomical emphasis and end with a Q&A.
*This class is available for 8 CEU’s through Yoga Alliance. It is part 1 of a 4 part, 32hr CEU course. Students who attend all 4 sessions will meet their Continuing Education requirements for the current cycle. Students who are working toward CEU’s are required to have the following texts: The Key Muscles of Yoga and The Key Poses of Yoga by Ray Long
*Full day $175 with a prerequisite of a 200hr Certification
*Morning classes are available to the public for $75
