Inspired by the metaphor of a deeply rooted tree, Ādhāram delves into the essence of these ancient art forms, where tradition forms the base for artistic innovation.Through the nuanced layers of Carnatic music and the fluid movements of Odissi, Sudha Raghuraman and Arushi Mudgal present solo elaborations of their craft that culminate in a compelling interplay of sound and movement. With each breath, note, and gesture, they honour the deep knowledge of their individual disciplines while opening doors to new collaborative possibilities.
