A Mumbaikar turned Montrealer, Aseem turns his experience of building a life between India and Canada into sharp, relatable observational comedy about immigration, culture, identity, relationships, family and Canadian life.
Performed in Hindi and English, the show blends storytelling and stand-up for an audience that knows what it's like to navigate different cultures, survive Canadian winters, deal with family WhatsApp conversations and figure out what exactly “home” means.

About Aseem
Aseem is a Montreal-based Canadian-Indian stand-up comedian known for observational comedy and understated delivery. Originally from Mumbai and a marine engineer by training, he began performing stand-up in Montreal in 2019 and was featured in OFF-JFL/Zoofest's Discovery Series in 2023.
His comedy draws on immigration, cultural differences, relationships and the absurdities of everyday life between India and Canada.
