Shiv O’Neill is a senior executive at Elanco, where she leads the company’s global legal strategy and operations, overseeing areas including commercial law, intellectual property, regulatory matters, M&A, and corporate governance. She also directs Elanco’s ethics, compliance, and ESG initiatives.

Previously, Shiv served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel – Americas, advising leadership across U.S. and international business units.

She holds a degree from Loyola University Chicago and earned her law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Beyond her corporate role, Shiv is deeply engaged in community service and serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Goodwill Foundation of Central & Southern Indiana, Christel House International, and the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee.
