Sometimes we need is to go for a walk to clear our minds. Walk with us as we activate our senses through rooting in nature. This zensual walk is to promote mindfulness and relaxation. We will meet up at a local park to connect with each other and mother gaia. This event in collaboration with Magenta's Garden includes a guided meditation, yoga, sensory activation, arts playshop and light refreshments.
Half of our time will be spent is silence as we practice walking the path of surrender and listening to our own inner gps. Let this opportunity be a reminder that the healing happens naturally, that it is safe for you to rest and you are worthy of simple living.
For each session The HeArt Within will partner up with local wellness practitioners and cultural leaders to co-create sacred space for you all. This session is in collaboration with Magenta's Garden, founded by Magenta Gerald.
