Saturday, Feb. 21st. Yogi's Guide to SpringSpringtime is kapha season on the Ayurvedic calendar; a time to climb out of winter’s hibernation, wipe the sleep from our eyes, and get the body moving! Using the lens of Ayurveda, we’ll look at the anatomical region of the chest, lungs, and shoulders - the seat of kapha dosha. You’ll learn best practices for building heat, clearing congestion, and stimulating the flow of prana in an energizing asana practice that will wake up your body and clear the winter blues from your brain.
