You are hard-working and always hustling. You feel overwhelmed and too busy to take a moment for relaxation. Sometimes you even feel guilty for taking "me time". Don't delay your self-care any longer. This retreat is designed as a guided escape from the daily hustle.

Recharge

We're going to help you, as women entrepreneurs and professionals, take control of your self-care game. We will be introducing you to some fantastic in-state service providers dedicated to women's health.

Renew

Explore building healthy habits beyond the basics of nutrition and fitness. Imagine relaxation, massages, DIY projects, inspiring speakers, group activities, and expert sessions on nutrition, fitness, creativity, goal setting, and mental well-being. And we can't forget the importance of a little retail therapy, be prepared to shop! Oh, let us not forget to mention… each night wraps up with dinner and a show!

We have a fun weekend planned and packed full of events that will help you Rest, Renew, & Recharge! Each day has a little bit of something for everyone.

At the time you enter, we will greet you with a robe and slippers for luxurious spa treatments such as foot soaks, paraffin wax treatments, various massages, etc.

Our main goal is for you to relax. No need to worry about how you will eat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be included with your ticket!

Each night after renewing our minds & bodies during the day, we will transition to fun nights with the girls for our evening entertainments... Yes, Ladies! That means it's time to get cute so be sure to include that in your suitcases!

We are also recommending to pack plenty of casual attire plus your swimsuit! Please note that there will be some physical wellness sessions and low-impact fitness exhibitions.​

Don't feel pressured to keep up with the schedule. You can enjoy as many or as few experiences as you like... Whatever it takes for you to refresh & recharge. Either way, it's all included in your ticket.
