Knudt Flor has 34 years of leadership and executive experience within the BMW Group Global Production Network, where he held several senior executive positions, such as CEO, COO, CQO, and plant director, in operational and central functions. He is widely recognized for his achievements in Advanced Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Process Optimization, Industrialization, International Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Auditing, Digitalization (Industry 4.0), and Intercultural Leadership
