About this Event
Winter's Lair: Songs for Darker Days
Join me and my forest creatures for a firelit evening of songs by First Aid Kit, Fleet Foxes, Sara Bareilles, Secret Sisters, Felix Mendelssohn, Edvard Grieg, and many more. Deep in the forest, you'll find our cave-hearth where we'll tell stories and strengthen ourselves for the coming days. This will be an hour of medicine for all of us. Your presence makes the magic.
The concert will be followed by a champagne reception at the venue.
I am thrilled to be collaborating with these mysterious geniuses:
Dante' Pope, Music Director
Maribeth Gowen, piano
Kelly Dillon, guitar
Jess Eliot Myhre, vocals
Margot MacDonald, vocals
Ian Riggs, bass
Jason Walker, percussion
Beth Radovsky, cello and vocals
Peter Campbell, narrator
Cody Valentine, sound & lights
I welcome donations at any level to help underwrite the financial costs of the show, which is a labor of love and personal investment. This particular show will cost a little over $8,000, since I've included so many musicians and pay them fairly for their talent and hard work. Thanks for considering! Venmo: Lauren-Campbell-25
The other way to support the sustainability of these performances is to share this event and invite all of your friends! I want to see dozens of unexpected winter beasts coming in the door, all cozy in their cable-knit sweaters. Let's pack out this cave. Thanks for spreading the word!
