🌑 Creating the Altar of Nature: Bring natural items like pinecones, evergreens, feathers, or stones to place on our altar, symbolizing your gratitude, intentions, and connection to the Earth.

🌌 Winter Solstice Reflection: Explore the meaning of this season—the darkness that allows us to go within, the rest that nurtures growth, and the quiet assurance of light’s return.

🍫 Cacao Ceremony: Sip ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening gift from the Earth, as we align our intentions with the solstice themes of rebirth and renewal.

🪶 Storytelling about earth wisdom from times past. Then, go on a shamanic journey to the still place within you where the seeds of possibility live in this time of darkness.

🔥 Dance of Light and New Beginnings : Step forward and light a candle to ignite your fresh start. Celebrate connection and community with a joyous circle dance, embodying the return of warmth and light.

Kathy Brook-Wong

KatKathy Brook-Wong is an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher who skillfully and lovingly teaches this powerful form of energy healing to people of all ages and backgrounds. She is an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Reiki Ryoho (traditional Japanese) and Tibetan Usui Reiki (Western) Reiki lineages.

Kathy is also a Certified Sound Healer who uses sound vibrations to promote emotional balance, relaxation, and spiritual well-being. As an Advanced Practitioner of Integrative Energy Therapy, she uses a holistic approach to balance and harmonize people’s energy systems, releasing emotional blockages and promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She shares her intuitive healing gifts with others to help them tap into the infinite source of light, love, peace, joy, beauty, truth, and power to help heal themselves, their relationships, their communities and sacred Mother Earth.

She's also a Hospice Angel providing sweet companionship, support, Reiki, and sound healing therapy to hospice patients and their caregivers throughout Orange County, offering them unconditional love and support during this time of profound spiritual transition.

Kathy offers private energy healing sessions, nurturing sound baths, excellent reiki training, and transformational retreats throughout Southern California.
