Francisco Astudillo (Owner of SAWM Imports) will guide us with this particular culinary and wine route for the coolest areas of Spain.

David Sierra, our executive Chef, and Gustavo Iniesta, G.M. and Sommelier created an unique menu for this ocasion showcasing the dishes that we eat in those places where in Spain. Tradition in evolution with wines and food.
