This event will take place at the stage in Central Riverside Park in Wichita, KS. Food is to be determined. there will be children and mundane folks present. BRING A CHAIR! this is an outdoors location.
Whacky time will be from 1pm to 4pm.
Ceremoney will begin 4:30pm.
