A Vibrant Vision for the Multigenerational Family Business

The Seaman Corporation, a manufacturer of industrial coated fabrics based in Wooster, Ohio, recently celebrated their 75th anniversary as a family business, a feat achieved by less than 10% of today’s Fortune 500 companies.

This is a family focused on building and continuing a legacy. Richard Seaman, the Chairman of Seaman Corporation and former CEO, is author of A Vibrant Vision, which shares his experiences – in a very practical way - on how to grow a multi-generational, multimillion-dollar family business. Subsequent generations in the Seaman family are mentored to be stewards of this treasure – the family business – and how to manage it for enduring impact in their family, business and community.

Family businesses are faced with a kaleidoscope of choices along their journey but for the Seaman family, it’s about building a legacy. This will be a panel discussion with Richard Seaman and third generation family members.
