All attending adults must reserve a FREE ticket in advance to ensure proper seating and a smooth event experience.

Seating is assigned based on tickets reserved. Any adult attending without a reserved ticket may not be seated with their party and may be accommodated at the bar or separate seating based on availability.

If you would like to be seated with friends or family who are purchasing tickets separately, all tickets must be purchased under the same group name.

Table assignments are created before the event based on the names provided during registration. We will not be able to combine or rearrange tables on the day of the event.

Guests whose tickets are purchased under different names may be seated separately.

We’d love to see your little Whos, holiday helpers, and Christmas characters dressed in their favorite festive attire! Christmas pajamas, holiday outfits, and character-inspired costumes are encouraged and make for even more memorable photo opportunities.
